Refund & Returns Policy
This policy covers purchases from gtavimods.co.uk, operated by Total Group International Ltd.
Digital products
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, by starting your download you agree the service begins immediately and you acknowledge you lose the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once the download has started. If you have not yet downloaded an item, you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund.
Faulty or misdescribed items
If an item is faulty, corrupt, or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we will repair, replace, or refund it in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How to request
Email support@gtavimods.co.uk with your order number and the problem. We aim to respond within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
